Stress is an interesting thing.


Every single person deals with it, and we all need different tips and strategies to manage it.


We're unique, and our needs are unique. Therefore, it can take a while and a lot of trial and error to figure out what works best when it comes to managing our stress.


A few tips you may not have tried yet include:

For example, I've found the most effective way to manage my stress is having regular reflexology sessions, reflexology has helped me with relaxation, and back pain.
