As I prepare to release my book on May 9, 2024, I'm filled with a sense of gratitude and anticipation. My journey, documented within its pages, centres on the transformative power of holistic healing and alternative medicine. Through my experiences, I've found the delicate balance between knowing when to pursue surgery or medication and when to allow the body to heal naturally.


My story is about tuning in to the signals my body sends me and recognizing when it is time to seek medical intervention versus when it's time to trust in the body’s innate ability to heal. This journey hasn't always been straightforward, and I've faced moments of doubt and uncertainty. However, each experience has deepened my understanding and connection with my body.


There was a time when c-section surgery was necessary and life-changing positively, enabling me to regain my health and well-being. In other moments, with my lower back, I found that a different approach was needed. Taking a step back and looking at the big picture, I learned to listen to my body and work with it rather than against it.


My book is a compilation of these lessons and experiences, designed to offer insights into how to strike the right balance between traditional and alternative approaches to healing. I share the tools and techniques that helped me find harmony within, guiding others to make informed decisions about their health and wellness.


One of the most empowering aspects of this journey has been learning to hold space for others on their healing paths. Through compassionate listening and gentle guidance, I aim to help others navigate their wellness choices, honouring their unique journeys and supporting them in finding their balance.


As I prepare to share my story with the world, I hope readers will find inspiration and empowerment in my experiences. By opening up about my journey, I seek to encourage others to trust themselves, their bodies, and the healing process, paving the way for a more holistic and balanced approach to health and wellness.
